Return/Cancellation Policy

All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us.

If a package is returned to sender or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

We do not accept returns for delayed deliveries or minor imperfections. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

Please note that handmade polymer clay earrings may have slight imperfections — this is part of their handmade charm, not a defect.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
We typically ship within 1-3 business days

Transit Time:
USPS First Class: 5–7 days
USPS Priority: 2–3 days
Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incomplete address, please email us. We’ll reship after reshipment fees are paid by the customer.

Tracking Issues:
If tracking hasn’t updated, USPS requires a 45-day waiting period before filing a lost package claim.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Check with neighbors and your local post office — packages are often delivered nearby or marked delivered early.

Lost Packages:
We are not liable for lost packages. Email us if you’d like help filing a claim. First Class Mail is not insured. For coverage, please select USPS Priority or UPS Express at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
